The following is my history with this number - don't do business with them:

Got a call from this number yesterday - He said he was calling from "Enterprise Financial Group" and that my extended warranty on my car was about to expire. Told me they are the ones that wrote my original warranty, so I thought it was a legit call. After I got off the phone with him I discovered that they did NOT write my original policy. So they misrepresented themselves which I consider fraud. Not only that, but I am on the do-not-call list so the phone call to me was illegal. He really put a lot of pressure on me and I dumbly fell for this...I bought a $3,000+ policy from him. He kept assuring me that I had 30 days to cancel. He gave me a number to call if I had further questions or if I wanted to cancel - the number he gave me was 888-926-7277 and that number is for Precise Auto Protection (BTW they have an F rating from the BBB). I called the number several times and was put on hold for long periods, when I would get a person they told me the employee that handles cancellation was out but would be back shortly and return my call. I talked to 3 different people who promised me a call back and have never received a return call. These are scammers! The reason they promise you a free 30 day look is that they won't take your calls so you can cancel. Don't do business with them.

Thank You Margie for being on the ball to report this.
My elderly mother was also scammed by this company even though she too is on the do not call list.
they got her for 3,800+ . We call the credit card company and reported it and stopped the charge in time.
Amex is aware of this scam. And you will not have any trouble if you call your credit card company and stop these charges. Credit card companies should not take charges from outfits like this and put them out of the business of ripping unsuspecting people off.  Then there might just be a lot less of this type of fraud.
Most people will find out later that most of the warranty things they think will be covered wont be.

TOTAL SCAM. I got a call from Mike Edwards who said he was with Vehicle Processing Center, Santa Ana, CA, to give me a deal on an extended warranty for a  vehicle. He said Enterprise Financial Group was the underwriter. Said it covered everything except consumables and wanted $3,600 and would only let me see the contract after I paid the money via credit card and all I have to do is call him at this number if I wanted to cancel within 30 days. Its a total scam; I actually fell for a while back when they called themselves Auto Processing Center.  Even though they lie and tell you you can cancel by phone, you can't. They fine print of their contract requires an elaborate procedure of getting a notarized certificate of mileage and more. If you want to cancel, you will go through hell and may never get your deposit back ando God help you if you paid the whole thing. Even if you sent it and have proof, they will claim they never got it or it was faulty.  And if you read the contract, you will want to cancel because it has so many exclusions that the likelihood of them ever paying for a repair is extremely remote, Unfortunately, many people don't read it until it's too late.  NEVER do business with Vehicle Processing Center, Auto Processing Center, Auto Protection Alliance, or Enterprise Financial Group.

I am a conservator and my incapacitated person agreed to this service.  Payment was processed without my approval.  I was assured the payment would be returned, however now 45 days later has not.
Spoke with Customer Service representative Ashley who gave a fax number to fax documents.  Fax number does not go through.  Second call, OPTION 1 to leave a message doesn't work.  Beginning FRAUD process.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company - you should not have to pay first to review a contract!

Got my call from these baboons this evening...for the 8th or 9th time - but unlike the previous times they called, I was there in front of the phone when they called this time.

The number they were faking (I mean, calling from was 336-793-2533) and it is a spoofed number.    I answered all of the "right" questions and acted like I would bite on the deal, but I needed to assure myself that they were legit - I let them know that I had seen this number on the caller ID previously and that it didn't work when called back.   She had me call this number and voila! I was talking to the head baboon in charge again!

SO, I googled the number and it came up to:

    Precise Auto Protection
(No address given - and I couldn't find one)
    website: www.preciseautoprotection.net
    Twitter: @preciseautopro

The website is fairly new and they claim to be a kind of middleman in their fine print, so basically they have a list of third party auto warranty providers and they shop you around, then find one that will work for your situation - and still give them a healthy profit (cut of the action).

WAY overpriced warranty for the coverage, you'll have a $100 per event deductible.
My quote for a 40,000 mile extension on a used vehicle with less that 30,000 miles on the clock was going to be $3,200 - AFTER their $200 instant savings AND a $200 discount for paying the balance IN FULL, UPFONT.   Some deal, eh?

Not really.  And if you put it on a card, you have to factor in the interest cost as well.   Nasty.

Of course as a part of the sales pitch, as posters above noted, they do not offer you a copy of ANY paperwork until AFTER you have paid.   I would NEVER do that with anything.   You have NO IDEA as to what you are agreeing to.
It may be NON-CANCELLABLE, it may auto renew after the first expiration, you may owe them additional money if you cancel early, it may not provide coverage without tons of receipts and other proof.   You just have no idea what you sign up for when you do it blind.

They also wanted to process my card then and there - pushing just as hard as they could go in that direction - while on this first call.   The pitch for this was that they "wouldn't be able to offer THIS great rate" if you didn't take it then and there.
If you didn't buy on this call, you'd become automatically IN-ELIGIBLE for warranty coverage if you didn't buy right NOW.

Also in the SCAM and FRAUD notes on this deal was the fact that I had asked both of these baboons who I spoke with, as to WHO they were representing.    They said that they were Mercedes-Benz authorized warranty representitives.   FAKE and BUSTED.

I got a call yesterday, they told me they were with the Mercury Dealership but when I got my E-mail confirmation Mercury was nowhere on the paperwork which made me suspicious so I looked them up on the Internet.    I immediately called my Credit Card Company and had this charge canceled!    Their BBB rating is an F.   I hope nobody else falls for this SCAM.   Like many others, my telephone # is on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

My caller was selling Enterprise Financial Group (EFG) fake warranties which they falsely claim are the same as the manufacturers in what they cover.  EFG scammers keeping calling me even though I'm on the Do Not Call Register. Like some others, they wouldn't show me a copy of the warranty - just kept telling me I could cancel it within 30 days and get all my back. But I persisted and they finally told me it was EFG's TechChoice Ultimate. I looked it up; it covers virtually nothing because of is weasle-worded exclusions - absolutely nothing like their reps claimed. In my view, it's outright fraudulent misrepresentation by EFG. The internet is loaded with complaints about EFG fraudsters.  I just found out the MN Attorney General just filed a lawsuit against them for fraud in not giving refunds EFG promised and are required by MN law.

Never buy an "extended warranty" from EFG crooks.
