- Caller: Windows iT
- Txluvri got the same call. It's very suspicious since my cell number is registered with Microsoft and this call was on my landline. Guy named Jack with very heavy accent said my computer had been hacked and he could fix it. Background noise indicated he was calling from a call center
- Caller: Windows IT?
- rfbonnyHave received numerous calls from this number. First, the number is blocked, with 'unknown caller' on the caller ID. Second, I have asked them during their calls for their actual company name, location, etc. and until today they always hang up on me. Today I finally got a phone number for them (on second call of the day) and located this page. I have asked them not to call again several times but they persist. Due to their accent, I was unable to understand their company name, which IMHO they try to keep secret.

Received two calls today ( 11-28-2015) from a man with a heavy accented ( East Indian / Hindu ) who called himself "John Watson", and that he was from "Windows Repair Center located in Detroit, Mich"..
He said that he was receiving a notice that my H/P Computer had been "Hacked Into" and that he wanted to have me turn on my computer..., " right away...", so that he could "...check the registration number and repair it."
The first time he called, my Caller I.D. said that the caller was "UNKNOWN", and I told him that I was too busy and that he would have to call back later, but I ask him for his phone number, which he gave me..., 888-991-3318.
When he called back later, the number 239-676-4132 came up on my caller I.D., and that number comes back to a Florida address ! ! !
Needless to say..., these people seem to be "HACKERS / SCAMMERS" and are trying to trick you into giving them your information about your computer, registration and internet accounts!
