comcast scammer from india--do not give them any info or money.. i messed with him for a while because i was bored at work

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. When I call comcast they have NO idea who these people are. Comcast will never ask for 6month payment in advance!!!!!!!!

Said I would receive a deal for $99 a month if I signed a three year contract.  I asked for them to send me the info by mail and he offered to send me an email.  He didn't ask for my email but it still sounded fishy because I know I would have gotten letter mail for a promotion.  Number blocked.

These people have called me no less than 20 times in the past 6 months, this even AFTER I expressed to them that I knew they were scam artists and not to contact me again. They told me the same thing...."purchase 3 years for the price of 5, blah bah."  They knew some of my information and at first it seemed legitimate.  Thankfully, the fellow that I spoke to was rude, arrogant, pushy and made me angry enough that I hung up on him.  I then called the number back and spoke with a "supervisor" who assured me that he'd be fired.  (Mike Long was supposedly his name.)  I'm ready to contact either the police or the better business bureau or anyone else that I can think of. I'd really love to press charges of some sort.  I have asked them repeatedly NOT to contact me, and it seems that there is no end in sight.  Anyone have any ideas?

Same scam, said they were Comcast, and had all of information from an order I made for my daughter's service to her college dorm a month ago, they must be getting the information from whoever Comcast outsources withd, buy a prepaid card (not traceable) and call back the same number that called me and they would upspeed service, add channels, and lower price, the catch pay 1 year service upfront. I called Comcast and they said they do not ask for up front prepayment....I spoke with two people, both with Indian accent

Just got a call from a 1-888-997-2853 claiming to be comcast, offering a huge discount if I pre-paid my internet for a year for $420.  He knew my name, email address and when my xfinity service began. (How???) He emailed me the details of this promotion from a comcast email address: s.donson@comcast.net

To pay, I need to get the “green dot money oak” master card, to be bought with CASH from someplace like: CVS Pharmacy, Kroger, Walgreens’ 7/11, Kmart, Circle K, Rite Aid, RadioShack. (Uhhhhhh, didn’t Radio Shack close down??)

Comcast referred me to their Legal Response Center at 866-947-8572 (Hours: M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST) to have it investigated.
