Received a phone call on my cell phone. No one talked

I received a call on my cell phone from 898 854 2368  10/5/11 at 11:04 am it was noted at (UNKNOWN)

I received a call from this number 898-854-2368 no message left it was on my cell

I got a call from this number claiming i could lower credit card interest rates and that I could talk to an agent. I pressed 1 to talk to them and when I stated this was an unsolicited call, on a cell phone I wanted to be removed from their list. The woman on the other end hung up immediately.

I got a call from this number claiming i could lower credit card interest rates and that I could talk to an agent.  I didn't do anything and it hung up on me. I have no such need to lower or fix anything about my CCs so this is a cold call/fishing scam.
