    Received call from this number twice today and at least one other time. Caller either "left" message today in Mandarin or was speaking to someone else in Mandarin.  We don't speak Mandarin.  Not sure if this is a cold call solicitation from ATT or not.  Have received similar calls from ATT on cell number in Spanish.  Both numbers are on the "do not call" list.  If this is typical ATT marketing, will discontinue all phone service with ATT.
