Why do I need to pay $32.97. I did not call this number.It is mysterious to me.

i got my phone bill today and was charged 3 times as well for 10.99.  My son did admit to dialing this number once to make his character a member on runescape.  Does anyone iknow why I was charged on three seperate dates for the 10.99?  and is this going to continue every month?

Just got my bill today and had that same charge and googled to find out what it was and landed here so I questioned all the kids and my oldest did it while visiting I guess so am I gona be charged every month?That is not right that means anyone can be at my house and call from here and I get the charges?

I need a code for runescape paybyphone

received my bill today for 10.99 and all it says is surfpin. I thought it had something to do with my internet. Now that I have read this I see it's for runescape online. Grrrrr

Have received the $10.99 charge since January.  Started as a single charge now I am billed 3 times in one day.  Called the phone company and they won't reverse the charges.  Time of day I was charged was while no one was in the house!! How do I stop the charges?  Any suggestions?

moi aussi j ai ce frais sur mon compte de telephonne et sa dur  depuis environ 3 mois  8.99 pour une minute  a toute les mois j ai fait une rehcrehce sur internet  et sa semble eter relier au site runscape ou la plupart des enfnats vont jouer en ligne mais ce site eait gratuit  car mon fils y joue depuis 5 ans   sauf que il semble que maintenant il ont trouver un moyen  de nous faire payer  seulement   a accedant au site. belle me dit que surment quelqu un a acces a mon routeur  mes je leur dit que sa prend un mot de passe pour y acceder  il me dise de mieu surveiller mes enfants   la belle affaire  comment surfer sur le net et ouvrir une page qui nous facture automatiquement sans qu on est rien demander feras qu on pourras surveiller nos enfnats la suel solution a ce probleme setait d eliminer completement l acces a internet  un solution completement  debile

My son used >http://surfpin.com< to buy a runescape membership. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use surfpin to purchase a runescape membership!! They almost never send the pin and when they do the pin doesn't work or you don't receive the membership. Surfpin also repeatedly charges a cell phone for the same membership. It is quite a little racket they have going on. I have filed a complaint with the FTC to have them shut down. Please do so as well. Go to >http://ftc.gov< to file a formal complaint. Surfpin counts on children purchasing a membership without their parent's permission and then they do not provide the service they promise, they keep your money.
