Received a call from rude foreign man stating that i owed money or a payday loan and that he would send cops to my door to drag me to court if i didn't pay it.

My boyfriend just got a message for me to call that number because there is a pending law suit against me which is soooo unreal.It was a chinese woman speaking.

I also received a call from a rude foreign dude and he said the police were listening to the call and that I owed money for a payday loan which is a crock of [***]. I have never had a payday loan. They called my employer and left a message saying it was a legal emergency. They knew the last four digits of my bank acct, last 4 of my ss number, email address, home address. He wanted me to pay almost $600 dollars and said they would send the information to my local courthouse. I told him to go ahead because I dont owe [***]. He said that I would receive a certified letter in the mail within a week.

I received a voice mail from this number and it was a foreign man saying he was officer Anthony something couldn't really understand him. But said he had a legal case on me and worked for BCI. Not sure who these people are.
