Keep getting calls from this number. have no idea who this is.

Progressive Financial Services, collection agency.  A friend leased some furniture from Big Lots and used me as a reference.  They keep calling me asking for her

I amswer and they ask for a female.  I tell them they have the wrong number and then want to know how long I have had number.

I spoke with a supervisor name agent who transfer me to Alfonso who refused to allow me to speak with a Manager or VP to cancel an Publisher Magazines Subscription that started 4/2/2015.

They want charge at 10-50% to stops calls which should entail a fee cancellation or what they call a (recovery cost fee ) they claim they prepaid for subsections in advance for 1-4 years.

I asked for proof of payment for my subscriptions they refused.
