I don't know who this number is i had a missed call

I received a call from this # today.  They sound like a foreigner and they are very hard to understand.  Who ever it is sounds like the same person who had been calling and everytime they call it is from a different #.
They ask alot of questions and already know alot of personal stuff.  Bust when I ask them who it is they ignore me.  Today when they called I missed it and called the number back 2 minutes later and got a recording saying "the # you have reached is not in service.  This is a recording.".  So I don't know who it is but I sure would not give them any info.  Some is fishy about this.

The same exact thing just happened to me.  The man was a foreigner and asked for me, however, when I did not respond right away he hung up.  Thinking that I might have missed an important call I tried to call the number back (903) 353-9272 (Caller ID said the call was from Longview, TX) within 30 seconds and I got the same recording that I had reached a number that was no longer in service.  It was a really strange call and even more strange that it was a bad number when trying to call it back.  I would not trust this number nor give them any personal information.

Keeps calling 3 times a day

Called every minute from 1:47am until 2:51am luckily my phone was on vibrate . no answer when calling the number back. Voicemail box is full

This number calls me frequent as well... I'm suspecting it could be a Pharmacy from India that I've been getting TONS of phone calls back from after inquiring about a Parkinson's drug. They have insane sales tactics and false numbers on caller Id is one of them.

I FINALLY answered this call so I thought I'd share who it is.  I thought it was an Indian pharmacy for last month but I now know this is a company that identifies themself as a student match service… several months ago I had inquired online about MBA degree INFO and this is something I accidentally signed up for. Tell them you are illegal resident (and because u are not eligible for their services) they will finally quit calling.  Asking them to quit just doesn't work LOL

I recieved a call from this number and I calls rigt back A recording comes on saying that it is a wrong number
