Quite frankly--Homeland Security has bigger fish to fry these days than going after telescammers. Contact your cell provider for assistance in blocking the calls.

They called my cell phone also couldn't say my name right, then asked if my husband was available and I said he was busy. She said have him call us. I asked for a name of person. She said he could talk to anyone that answered. So much for the DO NOT CALL #.

Would not give my wife any info. Said they HAD to talk to me. This is on a pre paid tracfone that had been on do not call since April ( 7 months). Still getting at least 3 calls a week from telemarketers.

Telemarketers sell stuff over the phone.  Are the people calling you trying to sell you something?  If not, they are not covered by the DNC, which is clearly explained at the time of signing up.  You should have taken the time to read it.  Further, other posters here have indicated that it is a debt collector (which would be consistent with the fact that they want to only talk to you).  Debt collectors have their own special law to abide by.
