- SteveThis is an insurance company in Tyler, Texas called MSB. They were calling me because I have home insurance with USAA - they were getting some information needed for a policy evaluation that came from an annual home insurance survey. Don't know if there was any sales attempt associated with it.
- Caller: MSB
- Jonrie DavilaWe just got a call from this number, but the caller left no message. We also have USAA home insurance and have not yet returned the forms from USAA requesting updated info on our home. I suspect that the call was intended to encourage us to return the forms.
- KarenCaller ID said Marshall Swift but they left no message. We also have insurance with USAA.
- Caller: Marshall Swift
- RicahrdI also have insurance with USAA and have received their request for updated info on my home. Didn't turn it in a couple of years and ago and they raised my rates anyway. Turned it in this year but he's calling still and I'm sure they'll raise my rates again. House is 10 years old and been insured by USAA the entire time and I'm paying almost double the premiums now than when I bought it.
- Caller: Marshall Swift
- LAWWe have been long time USAA insurance policy holders and this is the first time we have been contacted by this Marshall Swift company. We did turn in our home assessment so I am not sure why we are getting a phone call. No message was left.
- Caller: Marshall Swift
- A USAA MemberI am not happy with USAA at all about contracting Marshall & Swift / Boeckh (MSB) to contact me to update the information about my home characteristics to determine the replacement value of my home. My home has not changed since I insured it with USAA. Nor am i interested in incurring higher insurance costs by modifying my replacment value.

- DWJust got a couple of calls myself from this number. I didn't answer them. Unless they leave a message and tell me what they want, I won't be answering their calls. (FYI, I am a USAA customer)
- Caller: Not sure.
- GeorgeI had a call from that number today. No message. I sent in my USAA survey about 10 days ago.
- CQI never answer calls unless I recognize the number - I'm so grateful to all of you that left this information! (yes, I'm a USAA customer delinquent in mailing the home replacement value form). Thanks for helping me clear this up...
- StormsCaller from this number has called our home repeatedly every evening around 8pm and hangs up when we answer the phone after the initial call when I told them to please take us off their calling list and not call again.
- USAA CustomerReally disliking USAA recent "Authorized Vendor" Calls. We've had USAA for years, not one call and all of a sudden we get them in the evening.
I even called 2 week ago customer service at USAA to go over my policy and asked him to please not have these people call my house. It's always around dinner time or right when you relaxing.- Caller: M SM USAA

- RE: CallsI have also been getting calls. I never answer and they never leave a message.
Lucky for me they almost always call when I'm not home but I find the number on my caller ID.
I am also a USAA member. I also recently received a form to update house insurance as well.
I read elsewhere that they are doing this to find reasons to raise your premium no matter what you write on the form. Over 90% did not answer the phone nor return the form and they can't make you
do either. - BobReceived a phone call from this number. No message left.

- BartLike the rest, I have my insurance through USAA. I was a little slow about getting that form back to them, and I suspect that's why they were calling me. Also, like some have said, they did not leave a message, which I thought was sort of strange, especially if all they wanted to do was remind me to get the form in. I'm relieved that it was a legitimate call, however.

- Ma| 1 replyGoogle the group Marshall & Swift Boeckh.......they are being investigated for price fixing by the attorney general of louisiana. Apparently they have patented a software program that is 'standardizing' how a home's value is assessed for potential rebuilding costs. I just answered my USAA questionnaire to the best of my ability, telling them I will not check a box unless I know the answer to their question, so an inaccurate answer will not be held against me in the future. I, too, have had USAA for the 10 years I have been in my home, and they must know by now the intricacies of the building they chose to insure in 2001.
- maggieCalled for an employee on behalf of USAA. Employee later reported they needed to know the number of bathrooms in his home to reassess his insurance rates.

- WilliamI too am not happy with USAA hiring Marshall Swift Boeckh to do their surveys for them. I did not send in the questionaire last year and received several "mystery" phone calls with no message left on the answering machine. Once my wife answered the phone and they refused to indentify themselves or leave a message with her. Been with USAA since 1979 and this is the most unprofessional, rude, unbusinesslike behavior in all those years. Contacted USAA's executive advocate and they said they would investigate. Also, gave my home's information update directly to USAA during that contact. But again this year I received a questionaire from Marshall Swift Boeckh asking for the same information; like last year never even happened. As a business model, updating their clients' home information on a periodic schedule of every 5 years or so would seem reasonable, but inquiring every year just looks like premium gouging and trying to squeeze every dollar they can out of us. If clients want to upgrade their coverage, they will ask to do so. Otherwise, the replacement cost risk is clearly the client's, not USAA's. Am writing a letter to the USAA board of directors in San Antonio hoping to call off "the hounds" at MSB.

- AmyAlso a USAA homeowner's insurance customer. Called in the middle of the day and left no message. I returned my form on time, completed to the best of my ability. My answers would increase my home's value, but decrease the fire/insect damage risk (installation of concrete composite siding). Interesting that so many have been hassled by these calls.

- HalHad my house insured with USAA since 1962. For the last 2 months USAA has been hounding me to fill out the evaluation form. I don't know how many square feet in my house to put down on the form but it is the same as it was in 1962. My experience with USAA is never give them new information, they will screw over you with it.
Call showed up as a missed call, phone didn't ring, no message. I won't answer it in the future. - William B. LillymanMessage for Ms. Stephanie Vetter # 75720 at USAA from 12375731.
