got this phone number, won't accept calls or messages back and they left me no message.  Who is it??

DITTO - unknown caller and hung up when the answer machine started.

Ditto-Have no earthly idea who it may be.

I answered and they said " I have the wrong number sir!"   They must have wanted to know what time of day I was home.

They called this morning and hung up without saying anything as soon as we picked up.

They called and acted as if they were trying to collect donations for the "Don't Drink and Drive"  State Trooper campaign....said they were Law Enforcement and were going to send stickers out if you donated. Pretty sure it's a scam!!

'unknown name' on caller id (I screen); no message on machine. We are updated on the do-not-call registry and still get calls like this at least once a week - not always the same number.

When I answer my phone ; they hang up immediately. I call back and they tell me the mailbox is full and cannot accept more messages.

This happens quite often. I hope you check this out as I am 73 years old. This is very annoying.

This call came at 5:30 P. M. today. As soon as I say Hello; they hang up immediately. Please check this out. The number is from Marshall, TX and a Land Line phone.
Parents need to know what is going on.

they said they were Texas State Troopers Association    Big FRAUD

They called today at 5:35 pm.  No message and "mail box full" when I call back.

Got a call, 07/13/2010 at 8:30pm .. male caller says he is with Texas State Troopers.. soliciting money.  FRAUD!  send an email to: customerservicedl@txdps.state.tx.us (the Texas Department of Public Safety) to let them know if you receive a call like this one.

Got this call twice a day for 4 days now . Caller ID appeared Mason and left NO message
