Every single day, shows up on my caller id.

This is a debt collection company

This stupid number called my home today the man gave his name as being Chris Johnson and it shows as Diversified CON on my caller ID.. Stated there are some things going on that your son may not be aware of... have him call 1-800-771-5361 extention 1313.. and obviously they did not state WHAT company they were from.. I don't appreciate this company (or anyone else) calling my home.. and being rude... thus I have learned to type in the phone numbers online and it is amazing how others think companies like this are rude as well...

I got a call from this place but they never left a message.  This is the first time I have seen this number or name on my caller I.D.  But I have been getting messages from a company that didn't I.D. themselves and they are based out of Jacksonville, FL as well.  I don't know if it's the same place or not, but seems rather odd that supposed multiple companies that have tried to call are based out of the same place....

They keep calling my mom every day. We don`t owe nobody not even $0.01 They say they are looking for somebody we might now. Is there anything I could do to make it stop? Repeated calls from this phone number for about a month now.  I never answer and they hang up on the 3rd ring.  So if this is a collection agency--We have outstanding credit and have never been late with payments etc.  I wish they'd just go away!

Same thing, they just called me and left a message, then I looked up the # online. Their message says "My name is Lewis,  I'm calling from DCI, at 800 771 5361, x1282, it's very important that you get back to me as soon as possible."   The # on my caller ID is the 904 #.  I also looked up the 800 # he gave.  Both point to Diversified Consultants, Inc., a collection agency in Jacksonville, FL.  No idea why they're calling me. Is it some kind of scam to try and get people's credit card info or something?

They call the house, ask for a person who does not live here, I've told them repeatedly they have the wrong number, have finally told them to quit calling, have resorted to being rude, now, when they call and I answer, they just hang up.

They call the house at least once a day and always hang up.  How can I stop this from happening?

Same as everyone else...asking for my husband in which was told he was out of the country.  I told him I was the babysitter (really the wife/mom), but he was insistant upon getting my husbands cell # and even went as far as pushing me to give him an emergency number in the event one of the children needed their father.  I told him he was harrassing me, he claimed he was just asking questions.  I told him his tone of voice was harrassing and I asked to speak to his supervisor...in which I was never connected, but then disconnected!
I hope this doesn't continue.

They got hold of my wife's cell phone number and have called every day for the last 3-4 days.  When we returned the call, they fished for personal info (SSN, name, etc.), which we didn't give them.  They claimed not to have our number in their database and had no idea why we keep getting calls.  

Sounds like a scam to me

They keep colling asking for a Lucy. Yelled at them and was told to chill out, put down the phone, 5 sec. later they call again. Now they call I pick up wondering whom they're looking for this time I say hello twice and they don't say anything just put down the phone. They are so rude, unprofessional & annoying.

received a message from  this company DCI and the guy said he was Michael Day and had some important info to clear up and needed to speak to me immediately. I called back and left a message, If its a collection agency good luck in them getting me. When he finally gets a hold of me I'll just blast one of those air horns in his face. He won't call back. even left an 800 number 800-771-5361

These people from Diversified Collection Agency in Jacksonville keep calling our house because my husband has the unfortunate luck of having the same first and last name of someone else in our town having credit problems. I continue to explain to them that their middle names are different, as well as the last four digits of their social security numbers. They don't seem to care or believe me. Today I called them back and asked to speak to a manager after one of their rude employees hung-up on me. He claimed that our number is now removed from their database. I doubt it but will wait and see.

This collection agency calls every day.
Never leaves a message.
I don't owe anybody any money
but my son (who lives elsewhere) does..
I will no longer answer their calls.

Called and left message that something came across his desk and to call him immediately.

Thank God this service is available so I don't waste my time or worry about it.

they ask for someone who doesnt even live in the house.  i have told them 3 times now that they dont live here and not call this number anymore.  they still do.
