Answered phone from unrecognized number. After saying " hello " 3 times and getting no response, I hung up.

Received unsolicited call from this number!!

I wanted to add something.  I heard about this on the news and believe this is the scam.  If you actually answered your phone, please check with your telephone provider that you haven't incurred enormous charges for doing so.  I blocked my home phone, called and it's absolutely blank...no ringing, no nothing.  I hung up after about 30 seconds.  I don't have AT&T and have free long distance but will still be checking with my phone service provider just to ensure that no additional charges are going to show up on my bill.

19Feb2014 at 9PM ET Had a call from this number on my cell, did not pick up, they left no voice mail.....some kind of scam for sure calling multiple numbers tonight as I can tell from what others have posted already within the past hour.   Looks like robot calling night.

I had a call from this number. No message. With all these other posts, I'm sure it's a scam.

Also just received a "missed call" on my cell phone tonight...did not ring, but displayed this number...

Thanks for feedback. Its a FL area code no VM left. Prior to this number calling they called from a 954 area code.

Another robo call saying the FBI reports a break-in every 15secs blah blah scamming home security alarms.

Same as most of the above. Missed cal at 9:55am. Did not answer.  No VM. I looked up the number and it is from the Florida area. Jacksonville, I believe.

Just recieved this call.  Ignored it.   No voicemail.

Unusually my phone detected as 'customer service'

Just got this call. Showed up on my google voice as missed, but not on my phone. Florida area code.

Just got call no message prob scam!

No response when I answered the phone.  Not sure what the deal is.

Received a call on my cell at 1016 today, but I didn't pick up.  They didn't leave a message.  

Same garbage. The FBI reports.......I've  had the same call from different numbers around the US.I block the call and they just use another number and area code.

Received a call from this line today.  They left a voice mail.  It is scamming home security systems.  Press 1 for more information, Press 2 to be added to the do not call list.  If you call the number back, there is another recording which instructs you to press any digit to be removed from this list and that it may take up  to 24 -48 hours.

just got a call on my new york cell.   'press any key to be removed from this list'  yeah right.
didn't ring,  just a missed call notice on iphone

Just got a call on my cell phone from this number.  i do not give my cell phone number out and never answer any unrecognized calls.  no message. Thanks for the info!
