I received a phone call from this  number today stating that I'm going to be arrested if I don't pay them $3.45 today. I never heard of this person nor the name of the company. The name on the phone is " PRECESSING LLC" I hung up and call the  number right back and the  voice mail came on. They tried calling me back and this time it was from a private number. I don't won't this person or number calling my house again

called claiming brother is in trouble. That he needs money to bail him out. Number is from florida.

I just got the same call!!!!  from the "state of florida" and I'm in houston! guy name was Anthony Freeman he stated is was investigating a case and he needed to hear from me today. Then he asked the receptionist for my supervisor stating that he needed to speak with him abotu a fruad case involving me! he is trying to get me fired from my job. I work in the finance dept and that NEVER goes over smooth, even if you are innocent.

Why are you avoiding his calls then?

Is this Andy Freeman guy legit??  He called me asking him to money gram him money so I don't go to jail.  He has called my work and my home several times.  He is very arrogant and I have never heard of the comany he works for.

Look up the word "extortion".

Ask for a validation letter to verify the information he has obtained. If he does not send it to you then that will show you if this is fraud or not.

This guy is a complete scammer saying he is with "check and fraud division" but would not verify with what agency, No tax ID, no address preying on people and telling them they are going to jail etc

This man had the nerve to call my deceased grandmothers house looking for me stating i committed fraud. How dare u! U need to go to jail Anthony Freeman or whoever u are. Get a real job and stop trying to scam people. Loser

My wife just got a call from Anthony Freeman from Florida and was asking all about my daughter, ex wife, everything, looked the phone number up on internet and her I am. Screw him.

You people are full of it. I personnally talked with Anthony and he was very helpful on resolving my issues I was having. I don't see where you all think it is ok to slander someone and there company but if you all never borrowed money or had paid it back then you all wouldn't be in the predicament you are in now, so take responsibility for your actions and stop blaming others for your misfortunes.

i cant agree more. the simple fact is, your greed to possess 2 grand over came a majority of your reasoning that it would mean a high interest rate with low principal payments for a series of months. BUT i have to also agree that it's a scamm of sorts just the various ways they talk people into doing it makes that clear. However. If you return the money, and pay them they're fee, you still have to close that account, etc, because nothing is stopping them from putting in another 2g's and a fee the next month.

This guy calls people apparently at random and threatens them with jail if they don't send him money right this minute and you call him "helpful"?  I think you really call him "boss".  

Yes, many people are indebt due to bad decisions.  If they avoided borrowing and paid their debts they would be much better off.  That would stop the legitimate bill collectors.  But that wouldn't stop Anthony and others like him from trying to extort money that is not owed.
