They call and harrase you that you own money to cashnet and if you dont pay the money you will be arrested. They wont send any documents nothing until you pay! They scam that is it!

Same thing I tried to ask for PROOF they didn't wouldn't give it up. I told them I will not give no money until I see PROOF. The lady started arguing and I was clam to ask why she yelling. She started repeating herself too me again and I told that I got scam couple of times. She told me that they didn't care if I got scam and not there problem.  I told u can't help me I will not help u Hung up on her. Same number.

this so called debt collection company called for me at my parents home and i have not lived there in ten years when someone anwsers they hang up and when i try to call i get a machine.the company has no website and no business info i know i have not had any loans unpaid so i am reporting this to my attorney and if anyone else is getting the same phone calls i suggest you do the same

I just got a phone call from a Stacey Collins of H and S Capital, telling me how she represents Bahama Marketing, LLC and that they informed her that I frauded them out of money. Then, she had the nerve to ask for my attorney's information so that she could report to them and try and get me to pay up. First of all, I don't know who Bahama Marketing is and, when I asked the lady to fax me over any information, she got hot-headed and started yelling in my ear and spat out profanity! When I tried to get my last word out, she hung up on me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! These people are complete scam artists, and they have no idea the trouble that they can get themselves into. If you ever have any issues with these people, get in contact with your lawyer and inform them of what's going on.

This just happen to me the exact same thing you just said! So i call my Lawyer office.It's a shame that people will do anything to Scam you.

just got a call saying i need to return her call or my attorney needs to call, and that this is a very serious matter! what the hell! i called but no one answers it says to leave a message and they will return my phone call.

Don't bother calling back - they will call you again, and they stop for a while, then start again from a different number.  Its been going on for several years now..

I got the same call saying a loan was deposited in my checking account.  I asked her to send me some proof.  She stated she will not send proof until I paid.  Never got an amount.  I told her if I was turning this over to the FBI and hung up.  SCAM!

Just got a call from this number saying I owe them money for a payday loan and they would give me two options pay 35% of  total amount today or pay a settlement offer and I only had today to do this. They also told me that they would take further action if I did not pay. The lady did not even give me her name. She said an order would be issued against me I will be reporting these guys to the Attorney General Office ASAP
