I just received a call from them today (11/14/2016). I guess to reinstate my account with them. But to answer your question, yes, I used them for about 5 months at $59 a month. They removed old and NEW reports off my credit. When I checked my Credit Karma account it said that I had paid down my debt by $2,500.
