called my cell left voice mail message about litigation being filed against my name and social security number

I got the same call. Who are these people

Had the exact some call. However they told me they would garnish my wages and take my tax return also.

The caller is a LIAR!  Wages are garnished by court order, not because a voice on the phone says so.

Said the same exact thing to me

says the are mediating a debt I do not owe

Same message stated they were taking me to court and that I was on a recorded line just in case I get smart with them.

Called me saying I owe a payday loan and I don't.... says the loan is for 1000 dollars and offered a settlement for 50 dollars.... this has to be a scam!!!!

tired of these people keep calling and harassing me and my phone line, telling me i better call that they will be filing something against me, when i don't even know who or what they want. I will report them to the FBI if something isn't done about this. I know what i owe and acct too. so this is unfortunate for them. they are harassing people to pay them money.  It was first a foreigner Man , and now a women who sounds like she speaks English

Stop these people from lying and saying that they are filing against me and stop these harassing calls too. they are treating people and trying to scam people to give them money. 904-347-2034

These are losers who have no life, and if they don't stop threatening people w/court & all sorts of legal mess, THEY will be the ones standing before a judge one day very soon!

Me, too!I just called them back & after they told me they were going to garnish my wages, I said that I didn't even have a job. I asked for a phone number of the "people" I owe to & he said that they're going to get my money one way or another!  [***]! I had also said that I wasn't going to be giving my bank information over the phone with all the scams out there! He didn't like hearing that obviously because he hung up on me.

Received a call that I they had received a call attached to my name and social.She claimed to me with mediation services, but didn't say what it was for. I Havn't called back. If it was serious I should have heard somthing by now. Has to be a scam.
