Hey! That Ron and Beverly Grant sure do get around! I googled the phone number of 904-371-2431 and found a bunch of phone numbers throughout the USA for this letter offer ... it yellow lined paper with red ink folded up in a small envelope made to look like a letter from Santa Claus; or something ... if it sounds too good to be true; it isn't true!  Shame on Ron and Beverly Grant for preying on poor people who don't know better ... at Christmas time too!!!

They sound like Santa and Mrs. Claus as they are everywhere, with a fast sleigh.  

Just got my letter, "Hi, My name is Ron Grant. My wife Beverly and I would like to $BUY$ you house at ....... [never mind the address].  Please call us at Ph # 904-371-2431 Thanks Ron"

I didn't want to call that number because I get enough crank calls as it is ... and I am getting a little cranky about it all; you know?

Say ... Ron and Beverly Grant ... I just bought my house and have been working my butt off fixing it up. Why in the world would I want to consider selling it?  You know?

They also have a new number 904-701-0011 What the heck do they want with these letters????

My neighbor got a letter saying Ron and Beverly Grant wanted to buy their house. Phone number 904-701-0011. Just plain WEIRD!!

Received the same letter but with a phone number of 206-407-3836

Got same letter phone # 817-886-0939

Got the same yellow letter with red ink but with phone number 817-886-0939, Hurst, TX 76053.

Same thing... Hurst, TX. Yellow legal paper with red ink folded up in a small envelope made to look like an invitation. It was delivered on May 16. My husband and I just got back from vacation and there it was. I thought it was the wierdest thing "Who does that!" I thought. We LOVE our home and found it very strange someone would randomly send a letter wanting to buy our home. The neighbor has a for sale sign in their yard I wonder if Ron and Beverly sent them a letter to buy their home?

I received a similar scam letter, I would like to $ buy $ your house just like the others Except now the name is Chad. it is printed on what looks like yellow notebook paper with a phone # and a g-mail account and know last name.

just got letter to this same number.  I got an answering service when I called.

Just got one today too....904-525-8869...it's from Ron and Bev with a local address on the return address that doesn't exist...

Got one today. 904-525-8869. They used a local return address. I hope they are somehow caught but I'm sure it's some overseas crap.
