A & M Enviro Services sold us an Aqua Maid water softner.  The product is fine but the price was outrageous.  We sent in our first payment and "it didn't arrive" until a month after I sent it!  So of course we had to pay late fees.  We've never received the promo gifts and the 18 months of service turned into one call.  We paid for 18 months of service including salt but they won't return our calls.  This company is awful
