Just been getting calls from a Jacksonville, Fl. number over and over again. Has anyone received calls from this number?

I got one this AM., about a CC I have NEVER had that is deliquent. My guess is con or spam of some sort.

Scam asking for money for a delinquent credit card no one has ever heard of.

They will Threaten to have you arrested if you don't pay them off with a credit card on the phone. They use numerous names like dynamic recovery. Very threatening voice to try to scare you. Hang up on them. Its a scam collection company.

They even will leave threatening messages on your Voicemail that the police will arrest you tomorrow if you don't call them back and pay them $500 on your credit card over the phone ASAP.

I will pray that the caller dies of cancer.

Yes I received te call today but just ignored it.

I Just got home from visiting my husband in the VA Hosp.  and there was a message from them that was rather rude.  I have a name it is, Jay Allen Smith (original huh?) left a ugly message saying that I had better call or else.  thanks for the thumbs up on them.

what happen did they just keep calling???

I received a call from this number stating they were a company called "DRS" which when I later looked it up stood for "dynamic recovery solutions" which is a debt collector; they tried to verify the last four digits of my SS# and when I stated that it was incorrect several times they rudely hung up.

Just got a call from this number stating that I needed to call regarding a matter, when calling back I was told that I needed to take care of a loan debt from 2003. when asked if I could have their name and number he got up set and stated that he was not about to go through this with me....after him giving me his name (Reggie) he than gave me an 866-423-0406 number to call him back. I mean really which number is it that I need to reach you from.......... I have learned that when someone calls me regarding a debt there is certain information that I can ask you for and if you decided not to give it to me.......that I have decided not to worry about paying you............

I received a call from this number, didn't answer it, but the message is from a Mr. McClaim with a call back number of 866-421-4998.  I'm glad this website exists so that I was able to get a head's up on exactly who this was and their true intent.  Thanks!!

They called me this morning twice and then hung up.  They had my name.  I'm sure I will get a third call.

I keep geting calls also everytime I pick up they hang up but when I dont answer they leave the msg everyone else is saying on this site seems to be a scam to me and looks like I'm going to be changing my phone number

I just got a call from this number 904-416-1293.  I let it go to voice mail.  The caller left a voice mail message demanding I call him back today.  Left no name.  I deleted the voice mail message and added the number to my "Send to VM" list.  At any rate I have no delinquent debts.  I just bought a house in March so I had to get my credit report cleaned up.  So this company is clearly a scam.  In fact according to the Fair Debt Collection Act, they have to send you an explanation in writing of the debt and their authorization to collect on it before they can put anything on your credit report.  So if they have not added anything to your credit report (I suggest a monitoring service) and have not sent you anything in the mail, disregard as scam.

I received a called yesterday from that number, They have my husband name, Social Security and addresss. What can I do?
