These people keep calling harrassing me about something I dont know anything about first wanted to send money to me now say I OWE MONEY, they keep hanging up on me I am reporting them to the law leave me alone

This number has called and left messages about an outstanding debt that is owed them from me. I can barely understand what they are saying and when I told them I don't even have a bank account they said it's going to court and hung up on me. They haven't said what company they represent and say it is some type of federal offense. I believe they are operating some type of fraud and it worries me that they even have what little information they claim they have. What should I do about this??

They just called me and had plenty of my information and said I owed for a cash loan that I do not have. The guy on transferred me to a lawyer that got really rude and like yelling at me to pay this back or I will be arrested. I noticed the number doesn't even bring up a company or law firm.

A man name Justin grey called me stating I owe money for a cash America pay day loan I have never gotten threatening to have me arrested. This is crazy they are calling from a sheriffs dept number .

These people called my plave of employment stating they were from flosrid sherrifs dept. They cussed me out when I started asking questiosn. They are not Americans sound Jamican to me. I reproted them

they just called me at 12:37pm on dec 12,2012 this not the first time they have called me i  did not answer the few time they have called me it shows up in fla. they need to be stopped now this is getting out of hand they had to much info on me

they said something about being a lawyer some type of firm alot of noise in the back ground like phone and other people talking

12/18/12 Just received a call from this number. A man whom you could barely understand with numerous voices in the background talking. Left a message along with the last four digits of my social security number, stating I owed an apartment debt and would be arrested in 90 days if I didn't call him back. Not sure who these people are and how they're accessing personal info.  They have critical information on me & I am going to forward their number & message to my Attorney.

This number called me several times. They asked me to call back but no answer. After reading all the comments I am definitely scared now. My message was for stealing internet and I will be arrested on Christmas day . How can I still internet if I am homeless.  They also have to much personal information about me. Also have been wondering how they got this phone number if it belongs to a friend of mine.  This information of all comments will get to my lawyers hands.

does anyone know where to report these people the have all my info and don't want  identity stolen

Go to ftc.gov and file a complaint and put a fraud alert on all of your accounts.

A "William Smith" left a message on my answering machine yesterday morning and I received a message in my mailbox at work this morning to call back at this number. It is another one of these scams operating out of India. In this message he said a lawsuit waas filed against me aned he would have to report it to my employer if I didn't call back. He did read off the last four digits of my Social Security number, but I don't believe he has all of it. Any kind of message like that, if from a legitimate debt collection agency, is illegal and must be reported to the FTC, but since this is coming from an Indian extortion ring, they don't necessarily know that. Either waay, it is still best to report it to the FTC so they can also report it to the FCC in the effort to get that phone number shut down. It is also good to report it to the local police to have something on file and also with the credit report agencies, good for 90 days, to put out fraud alerts.

who can i talk to. too get them to stop calling me

I received a call this morning from a Michael Smith on my voice mail saying that I owe money from an online loan and need me to return the call and that they was gonna send paper work to my employer on fraud.. I have never gotten an online loan and he was saying that I am under investigation and a lawsuit filed against me. He was really rude and then transferred me over to Justin and I tried to explain that I have not received a loan and he started yelling. Which I lost my cool and told him if he is legit then what was the name of his company and his ID number. Which of course he hung up on me. I reported it to my Sheriff Office.

My name is Richard this number called me a couple of times and he said I owed this company four hundred and six dollars or he will have me arrested. I don't know what to do his name is Callers Name Jackson Grey

Good Morning, I also got the same call from Justin Gray, treating to have me arrested and and also send a letter to my job on fraud, and of I paid this person several hundred dollars because I was afraid to go to jail, but I have reported it to the local sheriff department, and hoping that he get caught.  so for anyone who receive a call from Justin Grey please all the authority as soon as possible, don't be like me get help as soon as possible he is a fraud.  Remember his name Justin Gray, Jonathan, they use all kind of American names.

This same people have called my husband , threatinig too arrest him for a car lone ,he sound Indian too me  not real sure his name was also the person who called you,I don't like that they information on my husband , very scary they have his last four digits of his social

I no what everyone is talking about i have recevied these phone calls several times myself thye said my call was recorded for security purposes and not to intrupt while he was talking....so i did the ftc for the do not call list

just got a call from this number, my fiance's cell mind you, they rattled of my name and social she says saying i can get arrested from my mailing address....i was weary since i have not been to florida , the origin of the call since i was 15, lol...im more than twice that age now!
