I get annoying phone calls from this number, usually at 4 AM.   It is Blue Cross/Blue shield and all I get is a fax noise when I answer the call.  Whether I answer it or not, I get two more calls immediately following the first call.  I have spoken to many BC/BS operators, who all tell me the problem will be fixed, but it never is.  How do you get this to stop?

I am so tired of getting those calls!  I'm thinking of borrowing a fax machine and receiving the fax. Then getting a phone number off the fax and using choice world for whomever answers the call! They come early in the morning and usually in 3s.  They are so disruptive to my family.

The company using this method of annoying calls should be punished. More annoyed that usual.

Received 3 calls from the number on 3/3/2014 and 1 so far 3/4/2014 on my cell phone. The left no messages

# still belongs to BC/BS.  They finally called to help me with getting enrolled.  I started this procedure before the deadline in Mid Feb thru the ACA.  grrrr.

Called at 10:34 am this morning.  Caller ID showed Florida.  Caller left a message that kept cutting out.  Said that I didn't need to call them back and that they would call me.  Phone number is now on my phone's reject list.

Annoying people at Florida Blue that cannot speak or understand English  (India??)  Totally absurd given their astronomical fees.
