- RPOI never answer, but they call me frequently. I'm not even a Citi member, probably some stupid telemarketing racket.
- tjThey call and its a machine; you call the number and its a machine. There is no way out. Citi should be fined for not having a do not call list.
- Caller: citi

- Caller: CitiBank Cards
- Call type: Debt collector
- nice replies to bradgreat idea. I added the number to my address book and set the ringer to "no ring". It's just a standard run-of-the-mill verizon phone so pretty much anyone phone should be able to do it. very convenient.
- chad| 1 replyThey will NOT stop calling .. up to 3 times a day for last 10 days.. very annoying .. isn't this a "Do not call" violation?
- jane replies to Jaynot illegal but isn't it dumb ,spending more trying to collect the 400.00 than they will ever get and they don't identify themselfs. They can't tell any one else the amount or call after 9:p.m.
- KamI am receiving calls from this number at my work extension for someone that does not even work at our company. When you google the number, this blog comes up , but not identifying company information.

- AnneOne month ago requested deferred payment due to lost income from Hurricane Ike...no problem. This is the 2nd call from collections demanding payment. Sounds like Citi card departments need to talk to each other before they bother CUSTOMERS!

- jimmiboyyea they and another on called me. I also got a call that didnt show any number. I never talk to them after they were so rude and name calling. They have threaten me in court in Alabama for the last three years. I am still waiting. I like to face them, this stuff is from before 2000.
- Bea replies to Jason| 2 repliesI have been calling them and the person who calls me never takes my calls. I have had all kinds of problems with them.
- Bea replies to JayI think it is time to call the Better Business Bureau.
- chad replies to chadI recently moved and realized I had not paid my citibank credit card in a couple months because I forgot to tell them my new address. When I called Citibank, she ended the conversation by telling me that automated phone calls would stop in a few days. More at http://chadnorwood.com/2008/10/02/spoofing-caller-id/
So yeah, citibank basically admitted to having this annoying automated calling service to people who are late in paying their credit cards. - rachelcall me all hours of the day and night. I have only missed one payment and I made it up with customer service directly, Its very annoying and driving me insane.
- Caller: citi cards
- debrecd 5 missed calls on my cell 10/22; called them back to ask what up; i don't have an acct w/ citib; the lady on the other end was very nice and polite, she said the name on her call list was some guy i'd never heard of; she said she would remove the number from her call list... will have to wait and see if that really happens....
- scottCalled 9am on a Saturday morning and hung up when I picked up. Confused why a collections company would be calling, I don't owe anything
- OCX replies to Bea| 1 replySame here, except I have picked up practically every time yet there has never been someone on the other line. Not even a computer...
- 904-954-3072they started calling friday, just got my statement TODAY. i think it's a scam because 1) citibank is based in south dakota. this is a florida number. i live in neither state, so... wtf. haha.
