this company calls all the time despite being repeatedly told that we are registered on the NDNC list.

Received 2 calls today, August 29, 2011 from this number: 1 905 345-2121. Received one call on August 28, 2011. They call most every day. Who is this duct cleaning company? Why can it make a mockery of the NDNC? Can they be sued? By whom? Where is Thorold, Ontario?

This company called a few minutes ago. I just don`t answer if I don`t recognize the number.

How did you get their phone number? Do you still have it? Do you know more about this caller? I tried unsuccessfully to contact the DO-NOT-CALL people, but could not reach them. Many thanks.

Received several calls this week, finally blocked it with my Panasonic handset. Amazing how a cordless phone works better than National Do Not Call List in keeping these jerks from harassing you.

Received yet another call from this duct cleaning service today (Sept. 03/11)...they have been relentless in the past few months.  Each time someone calls ( it's hard to understand most of the callers as tthey have heavy East Indian accents) I ask if we have ever used their services and am told NO...which is true.  That means, according to the DNCL list mandate, they are not pemitted to make cold calls to my home. I tell them I am going to file a complaint on the DNCL website....which I do, every time, yet that gov't agency is useless.  There must be something we can do to rid our lives of the harassment from this company.  It is beyond annoying and the frustration is mounting. Obviously the DNCL won't help so what is our next step?

I received a call from these idiots today, on Labor Day of all days, Air Duct Cleaning Services, the guy on the other end seemed to not be amused by my attitude. I *69 the number (9053452121) and low an behold the number has been disconnected. And as to answer some of the questions of where Thorold is, it is part of the Niagara Region, it sits on top of the Niagara Escarpment south of St. Catharines where I live.  If anyone has further details of if this place is actually in Thorold somewhere post it, I would like to find them!!!!!

Called me today, labour day??? I mentioned that and the fact that I am on the do not call list, they did not care. I attempted to  be civil and asked what their business address is and he was rude about it.  He did say the business is in Toronto?  I will  be filling out the form on the government web site aobut it!  Pain in the butt!

They continue to call, and hang up before you can even ask to be on their do not call list.

I have been getting calls at 9:30pm at least 3 times a week all summer. School has started bedtime is 9 pm. The saddest part of the whole thing is that everytime they call I answer and  tell them that I RENT and do not need my ducts cleaned. Tonight I asked to speak to a supervior and was hung up on how RUDE. I hope the comany gets these message and takes them to heart.
