We get repeated phone calls from this company about duct cleaning. Usually a middle-eastern man, sometimes a middle-eastern woman. We've asked them to take us off their list, we've told them we don't have ducts, we've told them we live in a condo. I've explained the do-not-call list and it's legality, we've tried leaving the phone off the hook until they hang up, I've told them something quite rude once, nothing works.

Usually calls around 5pm aka suppertime. Very unprofessional-sounding business, always noisy. Phone representatives not located in Canada..?

I logged a complaint into the DO NOT CALL List web site hosted by CRTC (Canadian Radio, TV, telecomm Commission) to investigate the unsolicited call by Home Care Services.   Air duct cleaning service.  Aug. 15, 2011
