left message stating I needed to call - i'm surre its a collection agency, but would like to know who

This is the second message he left saying I needed to call. Last time I did call and they hung up on me. What the hell is this?

This is a collection agency out of Canada they also go by the 866-915-5209 they have called here twice just on Tuesday as well this is the second time they have called me and the first time I told them to remove my number and just a second ago they called again for a third time they are getting reported. The person they are looking for doesn't live here and they are violating laws and its pissing me off to no avail!! The company name is Global Corporation

I have the same problem they ask for "Amanda Hutchingson" and this is a company Cell phone and I have told them for the last 2.5 yrs this is not the right number. They have called me as early as 4 AM!!!!!!! because of the time zone difference.

Why and HOW can a collection agency in Canada collect a debt in the US, if it were valid?

The call back number that was left on my voicemail was a fax line.  ?

ppl don't pay their bills - they duck and run - change phone numbers - these agencies call to
gather information. the reason for the vague responses from the representatives is because each
delinquent/unpaid account is seen as a case or file. Information about the individual in question
can not be exposed to a 3rd party.
