Just got a call from this number.  ID said "Region Durham" whatever that means.  Didn't leave a message, so probably just another scam.  It never ends.

Most scammers-there are about 900,000 world wide, know how to block their number or just use a phone card. As soon as you hear an accent, blow a bull horn into the talking piece of the phone, just stay on and see if they start with their pitch, selling drugs or whatever. Keep that bullhorn handy. Or, get a phone that you can block dozens of numbers, no sure I have found one yet that can block over 1000 numbers. The 905 is from Ontario -Canada-a lot of India or Hindu's, they are thick skinned and just don't care.

Some kind of online pharmacy apparently calling from a Canadian number, but have a VERY strong middle eastern accent.  Claimed I had ordered drugs from them before (which I had not) and they could give me an 80% discount on any medication I am taking.  I told them that it was none of their business what medication I take and to remove me from their calling list.  That won't do any good, so I blocked their number.

This lady with an accent and imperial attitude asked for my spouse by a name he does not use.  The chatter background from the call center was so loud, I could hardly hear her.  She said "Northern Lights Pharmacy" and I told her and her crooked business to Bleep themselves.

Received a call from 905-430-9833 on 4/7/2014 at 8:34pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "Name Unavailable". Google Voice already has this number on their spam caller list so my phone only rang once and the call went directly to voicemail. No message was left.

Based on the comments posted here it appears that this is another number being used by the "Canadian Pharmacy" scammers. I have received numerous calls from many different numbers over the past several years from this scam but the number of calls has decreased in recent months.

I have added this number to my Google Voice block list.

Northern Lights is actually a legitimate online pharmacy located on Ontario, offering prescription drugs quite a bit less costly than itheu can normally be found the States (even with the shipping added in). I've done business with them several times before, purchasing medications prescribed to me by my GP and rheumatologist, and the sales reps occasionally give me a courtesy call to see if I need a refill. No big inconvenience, really. I usually just tell them when to call me, i.e., when my prescription are running low. (It takes about 2-3 weeks for their orders arrive, so customers would be wise to order well in advance).

Based on my experience with them over the past few years, I cannot imagine them simply calling random numbers to spam them. I'm guessing someone at the households of the commenters above ordered something from Morthern Lights in the past (possibly a husband/boyfriend ordering Viagra, Cialis or some other drug, and not wanting to admit it ?). In any case, Northern Lights aren't "spammers" in the true sense of the word.

Just got a call. Went to Voicemail. Just heavy breathing and then hang up. Scam. They may be faking the caller ID using a number for a real pharmacy, but I've absolutely never ordered from them. It's probably JonB. calling, so invite him to have inter course with his mother.

Have you considered that these kinds of foreign pharmacies are NOT under the control of the FDA, and you don't know what is in the meds they are sending you, and it ain't necessarily what the Dr. ordered??????
