caller's English was so poor we could not understand him, but he wanted us to press something on our computer. we refused and told him to email us.

Got this call 59 minutes ago claiming my computer was going to explode if I didn't take his help. When I refused he said that he loved me and asked me to give him a kiss. I hung up at this point.

Same as other postings. Total fraud. Do not give them any information - they do NOT work for Microsoft!

The caller knew my first name, asking for Miss Dana, and wanted me to check my Microsoft account. When I said I would take a message and call them back they said never mind and hung up.

Same thing - called and said they were from Microsoft - wanted me to press Windows +R which is a shortcut to run an executable program.  I hung up.  They tried calling back once and I ignored it
