Recieved call on Saturday,  once again it is AC Duct Cleaning.  Reverse phone search came up with j vartanov 62 briarcliffe cres thornhill on l4j 7h2.  Caller hung up when he was asked to remove our number from their calling list.

AC Duct Cleaning phones once a week on average.  I asked several times to be removed from the calling list.  Phone number belongs to J. Vartanor of Thornhill.  I say we all ring his number several times a day!

Just got a call from someone at this number.  I did not confirm my name but asked him to identify himself and when he did (??? Duct Cleaning Services), I asked him why he was not reviewing the National list of phone numbers that are not to be contacted by telemarketers, which I subscribe to.  His response:  We do not have eyes.  I was stunned and asked him if he was sure he wanted to contact me, in my house and insult me.  His response:  F*&^% off.  I hung up after a few choice words of my own.  Can someone please explain how these people are getting away with this crap?  The person who contacted me had a most pronounced accent and therefore an obvious immigrant.  I am the daughter of immigrants and I can assure you that they had a heck of alot more respect for people's privacy than this person did.  This is NOT the type of employment for him.  In fact, even working alone on a farm, cleaning pig sties of their excrement is too good for him.  Here's a little training in Customer Service:  Had he acknowledged his mistake and quickly ended the call, instead of reverting to insults and foul language (a sure sign of his upbringing and lack of education, manners and respect for a fellow human beings) I might have been inclined to contact THEM for future service.  Instead...................these people should be more careful how they speak, they never know who they are getting on the phone and what type of work THEY do.....

This is the only way to stop him, if he doesn't try to run, although his type of slime likely will. But then again he's stupid enough to call from a registered phone number. It isn't out of service, that's a trick he uses if people call hium back.

This is my old house number. Just so you guys know, someone was using our number for various advertisements (i.e. spoofing). We were receiving almost 200 call backs an hour. Since then we have changed our numbers and filed a report with our phone company, as well as with the police.
