He claims he has my lawyer's name on record and I don't even have a lawyer!!!

Someone called my minor child from this number stating that I have Federal charges pending against me in Louisiana.  Stated that it was about a cash advance that was not repaid.  I don't do cash advances.

I get a call from these scumbags everyday about pre trial intervention and that they have my case file and I should call referencing a particular case #

i keep getting these calls from a john stevens at 908 206 4669 as well as other numbers. says from pretrial intervention and there is a case pending and need to contact them. this morning january 7, 2014 another cll but with a womans voice this time, no identification just pretrial intervention. anyone else? getting frustrating....

We keep getting calls from this number started as guy calling saying i owe money on  payday loans my husband told him we went bankrupt. He stopped calling now its a woman calling from the same number saying the same thing.we have no payday loans or anything. 9082064669 and says to call back 9082196550 myself or my lawyer.

I've been getting the same calls. Today I answered and spoke with a Jeremy Foley. He said my husband and I got a cash advance and that he is going to contact my local sheriffs department. We don't get paid day loans either. Somehow he had a ton of our personal information.

Look out for these two numbers. (908) 219-6550, and (330) 476-2883. They're claiming my husband and I got a paid day loan too. I'm pretty sure no money was ever deposited as we don't get payday loans.
