Hmm then how can someone call me from that #.

Please do a web search on "Caller ID spoofing". That's how they do it. They can make your phone's ID say anything they want.

No one is ever on the other line blocked this  .  #

annoying call,don't know who it is never leaves a message and I don't know the number that is calling.

Ii am constantly receiving calls from this number 908-378-8627 - they never leave a message & the phone rings at all hours of the day or night. I finally decided to answer it and asked what company it was - they said dailyjackpot.com.  I asked to have my # taken off their list and they transferred me back into their recorded phone system. For the next 10 operators I spoke to, they continually did the same thing, each time being a different type of company/selling a different product. NOT ONE company even made an attempt to remove my number to stop further calls. In researching this harassing phone #, there is an enormous amount of companies using the same phone number! The web site for dailyjackpot.com isn't a real company and there is no area to remove your # from their list. I'm frustrated at my phone ringing at least 10 times a day from that #!

I have an Iphone - when you get a call from an unwanted #, just scroll down & there is a link to block the number.

I can block from my iphone but not my home phone! The harassment from this # is out of control and they won't take my number off their list... they just put me back into their automated system to hear more telemarketing!
