    I received a call and the guy was very nice. He than transferred to Kent. Who explained how the insurance work. Sounded VERY good. talked to him for a good 40 minutes. After he that he had me convinced. I gave him my debit card information to start the insurance on May 1st. They were to draft my account on April 10th. I than went to the dentist and I gave them the insurance name and who I spoke to so they could verify. The nurse there instantly stated that she had never heard of them. I left the dentist and called numerous times to several extensions to cancel enrollment and get nothing but automated voice mail. I have now canceled my debit card and requested new card to be issued to me. This is a COMPLETE SCAM otherwise I would of received a call back after the 10th voice mail that I left.

    is a Vitelity Mobile phone in Belvidere, NJ.  I hope you filed a dispute with your bank for the amount you paid, since this is a fraudulent transaction.

    I did, they had not taken any money out. I canceled my debit card and i was issued another. After multiple voice messages that I have left i decided to call them one last time and I left a mean voice mail. Told them I have reported them to the BBB and I have canceled my debit card. This guy KENT was extremely rude this time around. Stated he never received a call from me but this one time. Yeah i don't believe that for not one minute! also he said he was trying to help me bc i was the one that couldn't afford regular insurance just bc i joke and said if i could pay $100 a month i would pay that. I guess he took that as to i can't afford it. I IS A SCAM! A REAL company wouldn't have their owner call me back just bc i posted something on a site. I feel like i'm being harassed and i'm filing police report if i get one more call.

    Got a call at 7am PST and when I asked did they know what time it is he said then why don't you look in the mirror and ask your self why you are on a government web site for insurance after I told him I was not interested ...................very rude and now just keeps calling and hanging up on me.

    Trevor from an insurance company called and asked if I was looking for an individual or family plan. I told him I already got insurance. He said he could bet my price and ask who I went with and how much I paid. I told him I had to go with the Texas Gold Card [a free service for the poor] and that it was free with 3 dollar co pays. He then asked me if I was Muslim!
    I told him no and he rudely said "you must be pretty broke to get that price". I explained that I only made 1000 dollars lat year and he sarcastically said "that sucks, must be terrible for you".  I said "Yep. Thanks anyway". I hung up and a min. later Trevor called me back. He then rudely said "you pay nothing with 3 dollar co pays, that's not right, you need to get informed" he continued to ask "how are you paying 3 dollar co pays a month is your so broke?" I told him with the Texas Gold Card. He then yelled "Gold Card Smold card, don't give me that!" I then asked to speak to his manager. He told me loudly and rudely "I am the regional manager and there is no way you got that" I got very upset and started yelling at the man, explaining why I was in the situation that I'm in. He then had the nerve to ask me why I was yelling. I told him because he was and then told him not to call me again and that I would be reporting him to the BBB. A min. later he tried to call me again. I did not answer.
    I can't remember what health insurance company he said he was from so if anyone on here knows, please post here so that I can complete my complaint with the BBB. Thanks

    just called asking for wife and said not here and take a message and she said it was her dr office and said she didn't have one from the area code and said she was pregnant and replied not true since her tubes been tied  for 20 years.

    Do not give them your personal information! I requested health insurance information online. This number called about 6 times in a couple days. Finally I answer and he wants to give me a health insurance quote, says he works for the government and his job is to find me coverage. We talk for about 15 minutes going over possible plans. Things get sketchy when he asks for my debit card info. I tell him I don't feel comfortable with that without verification of the plan. He gets aggressive and assures me its legit. I refuse to give info again and he is out of control. Using foul language and telling me what a waste of time I am and we had some words. I honestly couldn't believe it. Please don't fall into this scam!

    Heritage Health Group is a scam, took money out of my bank account for health insurance but never sent any information back to me on anything. Benefit Transact Coid. is who my bank statement showed.

    I received a call from this "insurance" company over 4 months ago and we went over policies and they named legitimate health networks that they would be using.  I was supposed to start policy in 5 days but not one piece of correspondence/insurance cards have come in the mail and after I waited on hold for 25 minutes,  it stated the the mailbox was full and call was disconnected.  This obviously is not a legitimate company so if they try to charge my credit card, I will file a complaint with my credit card company at this point since I cannot contact them.

    Three calls so far today looking for Frank. They are nasty and then just hang up every time I tell them they have the wrong number. Just based on the other comments, not a comment anyone should ever do business with - work with them at your own peril.

    I've got the call today from Heritage Health, and he said he can give me an individual plan for $78/month, no co-payment, etc. But I have to pay an initial payment of $90 +79 for the first month. He even "called" my doctor to verify that they taking this type of h.insurance. I told him that I have to think about it, and I call him back when I'm ready. He said I can reserve the insurance (so that good price wont go up) just give him the bank information, and they wont take out money until I'm ready. I told him I can't do that. He's name was "Reggie Jackson" . Then 10 minutes later I've got an other phone call from the same place, this time was a lady, and I told her that some one called already and then she hang up.

    they called 8 times in 2 days asking for my son that died 3 years ago. I told them he was dead and not to call again but they continue to call. this is the third anniversary of my only child's death. I can't tell you how upsetting this is. How do I make them stop ?
