    Ah - the old "hurry up and call us so we can scam your money" call.  This is not a legal way to contact you even if you owed a debt.  The caller is actually breaking the law with the call since you appear to be a third party.  Save yourself some time and delete the call (possibly from someone not even in the  United States). If you really had a returned check, would your bank not contact you long before a bottom feeding debt collector would?
