no message left on answering machine

Called twice today, left no messages

This call was from the LA area where i used to live.........only reason I answered. Pllus they called 3X within 30 min., likei it was an emergency (my granddaughter lives there). It was a heavily accented man telling me the government has awarded me $..........that's when i hung up.

This call left no message. i don't know who  owns the phone number. It maybe a cheat.

Got two calls from this number today and did not answer. Do not know anyone in that location and strongly suspect spam.

received 2 calls within 5 minutes.  I answered because I live in Southern Cali and thought it was my daughter.  No response on other end.  

Called today and said the U S govnmen (his pronunciation) department of 'gccn' had selected me and my phone number for a gift of $6000.00. I asked what 'gccn' meant and he kept repeating gccn gccn. had VERY thick accent. Indian I think. I hung up on him and he didn't call back.
Don't like the idea that he used the US government for his scam.

They called me twice so far, but no one answers. I also got calls saying I had 10,000 government money coming tax free. Really thick accent. I only get these calls when I use certain job search engines.

October 1, 2014:  1)  I received a call from this phone number. One message left - accidentally I believe as it was as though this man was speaking to someone else, 2) this same day my phone was "spoofed" and a person called my credit card number posing as me, managed to change my account information, and made a purchase from the HP online Home store.

October 2, 2014: I received an email stating my credit card info had been changed and a purchase made - the item purchased was to be shipped to a vacant home for sale in California.

Today, I receive a call again from this number. No message this time. It's so odd that these events happened around the same time I began receiving a call from this number. Upsetting to say the least. I try to be very careful online and with my cellphone and I'm still a victim.

have been getting about 25-30 calls a day from this number and the only time i every picked up no one even answered.
this has been going on for close to three months now.

called me 3 times today. finally answered the 3rd time. clamed it was the government and was giving me money. as it was the 3rd group to do this with me this month I just hung up and blocked the collar.

This number has called my cell phone several times in the last couple of weeks. If I answer it just hangs up.

these people call often, I dont answer, thanks to sites like these, i monitor my calls, dont answer unless i know the number

I got a call from that number today. The caller had a heavy accent and said some very inappropriate things.  I said I was calling the police and hung up

Poor baby - they are offering me $9,200. I think Nigerian myself. They call from several numbers and after I suggested to the man that he shove the scam up his ass, they have a woman calling now. Reported to Federal Trade Commission and State AG's office. You should too.

This number called and when I answered a lady with a very heavy accent started singing the song that was played at my grandfather's funeral!!!! I immediately hung up what are these people's problem.
