- BillKeep getting spammed by this number. Not sure who it is.
- JayI get calls from this number. They hang up before I can get to my phone. When I call back it says the person I'm trying to reach is unavailable, and to try again later.
- Mrs C| 1 replyI got a call today from this number. The caller had a thick accent and said she got my phone number from the credit bureau. She offered me an appointment for a 90 minute meeting for married/couples with partners who are over 30 (asked my age because I sounded young). We would receive two free southwest airline tickets for attending and would get the details then. Southwest has recently started service here so it sounded somewhat legit. I still think this is a scam. I didn't book an appointment but said I would check with my hubby, she said she would call back tonight.

- Minneapolis Cell Phone UserFemale called, offered free travel from Southwest airlines as celebration of the new reservation center. I told her I could not attend the free seminar at the Radisson Mall of America. She then asked if I am married because the promotion is for couples. I can not imagine Southwest Airlines discriminating against single people so I did not give her any information.
- Caller: Phishy
- MinneapolisThis number showed up on my cell. No message and when I tried to call - straight to VM. Anyone else post a resume to Monster? This is the only way anyone could have gotten my number since it's a new number . . . but it could be an old number that's been recycled and I'm now getting their spam . . . nevertheless, I'm thinking my public resume with phone number posted on Monster -

- LizThis number just called me and said they weren't trying to sell me anything but i was invited to be a special guest...

Hmmm - PossumbellyIf you do not recognize the calling number, or it is listed as "private number;" DO NOT answer the call.
If you DO answer an unknown call; make a sign to pin on your back, and wear it for work, or school, the next day.
The sign should read:
IDIOT FOR THE DAY!
I am too stupid to allow an un-ID'd call to go unanswered! My need to know who is ringing my phone, is addictive behavior, and puts me right up there with the child who must touch a hot stove even in spite of having been told it was HOT and they will be burned!
SAVE the number as SPAM in your Contact Directory and ADD any other calls, that you don't recognize, to that "existing contact."
Then, next time they call you, when you see the same number ID'd as SPAM; you can ignore it and LET THEM BE THE IDIOT!- Caller: ?
- Geemo from FontuckyGot a call today from this number offering some type of potential prize. Lady had an accent I couldn't pinpoint. Spam all the way. Watch out!

- Annoyed from Minnesota| 2 repliesWoman called with thick accent and told me she was calling to invite me to a Southwest airlines celebration in Bloomington. Then she asked for my age. I didn't tell her, only said I was middle aged. She asked for my exact age and I told her I wasn't comfortable telling her. She then asked me if I was married and I said no. She told me I had to bring someone and it had to be a boy.. Talk about discrimination. She told me I would get guaranteed free tickets if I was accompanied by a male. Then she tried to transfer me to her manager so I would get more information but I told her I didn't have the time. I'm pretty certain it was a scam.

- Mike-in-MD replies to Annoyed from Minnesota| 1 replyThis is nothing but a ploy to get you to a sales presentation for a travel club or timeshare. The "free" tickets have so many fees, taxes, etc that you could likely do better booking travel yourself and almost certainly have so many blackout dates you cannot find a time or place to use them.
- indiraA women with different accent calls me saying it was from American Airlines, but I can heard kids playing in the background. I talked to her and Spanish and at the end I told her in English: You've got the wrong person. She said: Oh OK. So I hung up.
