calls and when you pick up there is just dead air

I answered their call and they turned out to be a collection agency for Chase cards. No harrassing statements were made. Just a heads up up to all you out there.

I just got one too

They were rude!

Told them once before we were filing bk (before you blast us on this try walking in our shoes). Have an attorney. Gave them the info in the first call. Have called multiple times. I took the time to answer this one because I wanted to find out who the number belonged to. Lady did not identify herself as a debt collector, etc.

They keep calliing and no one answers. I save the number and marked it with do not answer so i would know it was the same number calling,  when you answer they dont say a word, they called me 2xs in one day, the second time they called i said hello 3 times i finally said ok, i am tired of you calling and i had already google the number and i am now going to turn you in and calling my lawyer and go from there. A women finally answered and i asked who this was, She said she helps people. I said like a debt collector?  she said no, so I told her the person she was asking for was not me, and take my number off her list. She was nice but lied a well. So we will she what happens next.

Wont talk about issues on the account to anyone but the account holder. (Federal regulations)
Keeps giving ultimatums "I need to make a decision on this account, today." (tomorrow, Monday)
Wont say whether they are collecting a dept or paying a dept.
Had information about the account holders work location.
They have been calling every day unknown when it started; at least 6 months back.

THIS 909 297 1844 number is for a debt collection agency. they call many times a day but wont say a thing at first!  i googled the number and it  goes to ARS National Services a debt collection! i  told guy its a cellphone in downtown losangeles calif. I gave fake name and fake social number. The guy called me liar and hung up on me! i dont answer their calls and have their number blocked now

You can set up an account (On Verizon) and block up to 5 numbers for 90 days (then renew it after that) for FREE.

Keep getting this annoying call from 909-297-1844 and the number leads to ARS National Services, Inc.
