Automated message (altho it first sounds live) to lower credit card interest rates.

I received a call from this number two day prior to receiving a call from a (800) 704-0855 which was an automated call claiming fraudulent activity on my account.  (I called my bank and verified my accounts were fine, and the representative confirmed that it had been a scam call.) I find it suspicious that I got a call to lower my interest rates followed by a phishing scam against the said account.

Call to lower my credit card debt and the caller says that a letter was sent in the mail and that this is my last chance; oh well I continue to get these calls even after not answering the phone. I believe that I get a call at least once per week, please, please, STOP!!

Missed this call, but sounds like one I got earlier in the day from another number from some Indian boilerroom.  They want to know your expiration date to "verify you", the card type (which defines the first 4 digits of your credit card) and the last 12 digits of your credit card "to insure they are talking to the right person and you have the card".  However, they have no idea what your name is, or care what your name is - so it's obvious they are not verifying your identity.  Now they have your credit card and expiration date and can make fraudulent charges.  Like "Unknown" above, it was probably a follow-up phishing call from my previous call, since they didn't get enough (fake) information from me last time.

Talk to them, give them only fake information, give them only the smallest increments of mis-information as you can, take as much of their time as you can.  That's the only way to run these people out of business.  If you did give them any real information, call your bank and immediately cancel your credit card before it's used for fraudulent purposes.

They keep calling. If you wait on the line to talk to a representative you can ask to be removed from the call list. They transfer you to an automated message stating that your number will be removed. But then they will call back in a few days. There seems to be no way to get rid of these people. This is a scam. DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!

Called back, but this one actually spoke native English.  So isn't the completely blatant credit card fraud call like I suggested below (not that they aren't a scam, just not an overseas credit card phishing one).  Claimed to be from "Debt Relief", but when I asked what they could do, they hung up.  So, it seems they are trying to hide who they are and know they are deceptive and violating TCPA provisions.

So, this type of scam is likely the one where they tell you to pay them some fee, they tell you to not pay your credit card as they are going to negotiate a "deal" with them for a lower rate.  Meanwhile, the credit card defaults on you, they stop talking to you, and you're left holding the bag.  If you want a lower rate, keep paying your bill and call them up yourself and ask for a lower rate.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

These guys are great, they called to help me lower my credit card debt and I was just flabbergasted at how much these credit card companies have turned around. Talk about exceptional customer service! Most debt/loan companies don't even do this, so I am one appreciative customer!!!

You don't really expect an intelligent educated person to believe a word you say do you???

How long have you worked there?? How much is your commission???

The company is a scam. Go to BBB and look what they have to say about your company! You are not fooling anyone....
