recorded message stating it's a power company message about rates being spiked. Definite scam to slam you with another power provider.

Called just now, ID said, Local, blocked as it appears spoofed.

Another scumbag robocaller wanting to steal your money. F them.

This call is the last straw. We're now blocking the entire 909 area code since we know no one who lives there and we have received more than 100 calls from the 909 area code -- all of them contractor spam (solar panels, vinyl windows, remodeling, air duct cleaners, etc. It's all rubbish!!

13 November 2014 -- 4:40 pm.  Caller ID simply repeated the phone number (19093518496).  No message was left.

Robo call trying to sound like a local power company.....spammer.

A message stating it was from the power company. I hung up. I'm getting tired of the same machine calling from multiple numbers.

Got a call from this number at 8:07pm. Caller ID showed "19093518496"  twice.No written info given. Did not pick up as I do not know anyone or anywhere with a 909 area code. My ans. machine is off.

Scammer pretending to be a local power company. These are scumballs trying to steal your money.

Others are saying that this is an electrical power company. If so, a complaint should be made to your state's utilities regulator, in addition to the FCC.

If it really is a power co., then it's not affected by DNC list since there's a relationship through your local electric didtribution company.

Area code Location: California (Anaheim, Chino, Diamond Bar), no msg left, now added to my call blocker. I live 750 miles north, near the Oregon border, unfortuntaly I'm still in **California.

got a phone call from that number.  I didn't answer the phone.  The message they left said they're the IRS and that we should call another number - 210-418-5059.
