I received a call from Jesse Torres a debt collector trying to collect on a Capital One credit card account i had 10 years ago but the funny part about this was that i already had a payment agreement with another company previously. I believe this is fraud. I also verified the number that called me 909-547-4089 is a Goggle voice phone.

I received a call from a person named "Daniel."  He left a voice mail message stating that Legal Support Services is trying to reach me to serve a complaint.  Since I wasn't at home, he suggested that I call 909-547-4089 to inform them how to reach me to serve the complaint.  I have no idea what the complaint is all about or who has a cause of action against me.  Besides, what about the normal service of process procedures?

  THIS PERSON IS A LIAR AND TRYING TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY AND MOST LIKELY TRYING TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOU.

This guy tried to call me and ask for the last four digits of my social security number and then wouldn't tell me which institution he worked for. He then told me that he was sick of playing games because I wouldn't give him my social security number BUT he told me that I was in legal trouble and that he was in charge of my COURT SUMMONS etc. He hung up on me when he realized that I wouldn't give him personal information without proper representation of who he was representing. Who is this guy and why does he have a secretive google phone number that can't be tracked? This must be fraudulent. They came to my home and gave a court summons piece of paper to my mother whom was home at the time. They also contacted the company that I worked for previously. Whatever you do, please be wary of people calling you and asking for private information that could allow them access to your accounts. REMEMBER THAT THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ARE PERSONAL AND MANY OF YOUR ACCOUNTS GIVE ACCESS WHEN THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ARE GIVEN. THE LAST FOUR OF YOUR SOCIAL AREN'T GENERIC.
