Phone rings with this number.  I answer.  Silence then click.....

Its almost as if someone is checking to see if we are home...

I didn't answer. BUT after seeing the above I'm glad I didn't.

Have received several calls from this number.  All have claimed they talked with me the year prior regarding home improvement projects. They want to know when the next home project will be.  It's the same spiel every time. Some type of scam, might be worth answering just to tell them to stop calling. I received daily calls for a week before I finally answered.  When the second guy said we talked last year, he hung up when I said "no we didn't" :)

I have also had the same calls from number (223) 663-6237

These are thieves checking to see if your home. If it was a legit company why would they have to spoof their number.

They have been calling me too.  They said we talked last year regarding my home's outdoor exterior.  I called them liars and hung up.

Same thing. Claims to have talked about home improvement a year ago. I called him a low life telemarketer and he got upset. I don't think I hurt his feelings but I felt better when I told him that he was a A-- H---.

Received a call but I did not recognize the number on the display so I didn't answer the phone. No message was left.

Several calls from this number - 2-3 per week.
Some claim to be follow up home improvement sales calls. These I tell we are on a do not call list and never call back.
Some just hang up.

have had multiple calls, all say they talked to me 6 mo.ago want to repaint my house!!! scam.....unwanted calls! Please stop!!!

they called but didn't answer it. these cowards using spoof numbers trying to scam people. just don't answer it if you don't recognize the number. scambags!

These people call every day & I've asked them to remove our name from the list as we are on the do NOT call list.

Please stop these people from calling every day. We are on the do NOT call list.

I have reported this to donotcall.gov, although I don't expect anything to come of it.

Because the DNC list does little to deter these calls, I have modified my voicemail recording to include the 3 tone sequence of the 'dis-connected number', in an attempt to fool the auto-dialer into marking my number as 'inactive'

There are also devices available that you connect to your landline to perform the same function, just make sure you get the model that uses the 3 tone sequence, not the single tone.

This guy called and said he had talked to me last year regarding home projects also…….told him I didn't have any money and to not call again.
Will put on my call block list.
