Finally had to block them.

I answered on the first ring, and there was no one there.  I wanted to tell them to stop calling me.

Phone calls nobody answer. Phone keeps on

SPAMMER! CON-MAN uses ID "HSEP" I want them eradicated, by ISIS, please refer this arsewhole's # to them for sentencing!

Called on my ATT landline (unlisted and on DNC registry). Caller ID said "HSEP". Didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer. Caller left no message. Web search showed it was a scammer.

There was a woman on the other end of the line who asked for a family member by name.  Cannot find any HSEP online except in sites like this.  When the caller asks, "May I please speak to..." my automatic response is "NO".
