- BethYes. They are from HONDA! They try to sell you extended warranties. They will hang up on you if you ask to speak to the supervisor to get your number taken off the list. It is very annoying to have them bugging you on a cell phone!
- Beth PriceThey have an autodialer that wants you to stay on the line for a sales person to sell you an extended warranty on your Honda auto. I hung up on them. An hour later they tried my husband's cell phone. He insisted upon knowing how they got our numbers, and wanted to speak to a manager to get our phone numbers removed from their call list. They hung up on him. We've moved and changed cell phones twice. The only thing we have ever done is use the local dealership for service. I'm assuming that Carl Gregory passed the information on.

- BillAfter answering the call in a non-standard method the recording started with the car warranty nonsense. I hung up on it. It's the old auto warranty scam.

- AbigailWhen you call back you get the same message "Thanks for calling back, if you do NOT wish to be on our calling list press one" Bull. I've already pressed one MANY times.

- KageUpon going through the button pushing someone asked me what kind of car I drove. If you don't know what kind of car I have how can you know my warranty is about to expire?

- JerThis is not Honda. I got a hold of Telephone Management Caller ID, this phone number is registered as a client of theirs. This number belongs to "National Notification". They're practicing shady stuff here. Non-identification, and possibly running a scam.
I think they qualify themselves as an "Event Notifier" service to get through legal loopholes, but this is just outrageous. I've never purchased a warranty for a car (contrary to the claim of the automated message), nor given them my phone number to contact me.- Caller: National Notification

- D-manA Pain in the @$$... I contently get this number and other similar numbers calling try to sell me an extended warranty on my Toyota. Its a compete fraud. Toyota doesn't know anything about it. I once listened to what they had to offer, and by god I think they were high. They had no idea what they where taking about. He asked if my truck was a 4 or 8 wheel drive.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!?!? !

- tamdidthis number just auto-called me. They tell you to press "1" to speak with someone but then they just hang up on you. Total SCAMMERS
- BJ| 1 replyThis time caller ID identified this number as "Credit Services" and the recorded voice started with "Hello, this is Amy with Credit Services. Your're not in trouble; we have a great offer for you." or something like that. What good does it do to report this number to the DNC registry. They just keep calling with different messages.

- sluggo7As far as I know, this is the first call I've received from these people. I have Caller I.D. and didn't recognize the caller so didn't answer it. I've read the other complaints and decided to google different topics, i.e. Credit Services (which appeared in my Caller ID) as well as the topic of telemarketers in San Bernardino, CA (the general area of the 909 area code). I'll paste the link that came up following the telemarketers google (very interesting info, may pertain to Credit Services). We just might see some resolution to this problem. http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2009/12/mi_telemarketers.html
- SpokannerCame home to their number on my caller ID. They didn't leave a message, so I assume it's not anyone I know.
- 78collector| 2 repliesI just got this call. As BJ said it's from Credit Services. You press 1 then they tell you they can lower your APRs on all your credit cards. Then they ask for your credit card number "for verification". Something like "may I have the account number of your Visa card that begins with a 7?" They have a 1 in 10 chance of getting that right, so if you have one that starts with 7 you may be inclined to proceed with the call, thinking it's legit. When I told them I didn't give out my cc# over the phone, he asked me to simply verify the 3 digit code on the back as an alternative. And then my social security #. I don't think so. They pretend to be knowledgeable about all your cards in order to win your trust.

- rjcalling supposedly to lower interest rate on mastercard and visa cards. this is a scam, they do not identify the company or bank, they are abusive and threatening...
- Caller: credit card services
- andiI received a call from this number claiming to lower my interest rates on my credit card today. I first received a message asking me to stay on the line by an American female voice. Then, another person answered the call from some unknown foreign language-speaking person. He did not speak English very well. He wanted info from me. When I asked him to give me a number to call him back later, he refused. He claimed to work for major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, etc. I hung up not trusting who he really worked for.
