Was told that I had a settle payday loan with CashNet. Talk to a John MacEntire said I had a 400 loan I only talked with because they show up on my bank statment for other loans. After paying over $1800 to get the info about the loan to prove it was fraud he would not release any thing until another for $900 was settled.

They told me the police was looking for me and I would have to go to court. Found out this was all untrue and it is illegal for the to say this to me with out giving me any kind of document.

I got a call from John mcEntire also same thing happened to me that happened to you I gave them money an then was told I had to pay more just to settle out of court so I did called someone to let them know what was going on an found out they are a scam

I got a call for same thing saying he was john macentire and he said oi owed a loan of 642.22 and if I did not pay it in full he would have the police come to my place of employment and arrest me for 21 to 90 days in jail.  then he called me back upping the amount to 1497.64 for an out of court settle.  They wound up with 2000.00 before I realized it was  a scam.  They told me I had to put it on a green dot money pack card.  They are a crock of bull and they are harassing me at work with telephone calls still saying I owe them more money.  I do not answer the calls.  

They told me the exact same thing an same money amounts as you. Then I got a call on my cell that show emergency call. I report it to police. Some one call acting they were local police. Police officer said there number don't come up as emergency calll. I got scam. They wanted me to also pay 1497.64  to settle out of court.

I also got the same call by John McIntire telling me if I didn't pay that I would be going to jail for 90 days and the police were on the way to get pick me up if I didn't pay. I also got call showing emergency call 911 saying that I needed to call the company before action was to be taken. I reported it to ftc.gov and called the local police took screenshots of when they called and wrote everything down and I even got a voice mail saying that since Im not going to resolve this matter that they are taking legal matter.

Did the same thing...got a call saying i have a debt and since i haven't responded in the time frame i was going to be served and i will be arrested and go to jail for 21 days!  Than he told me to hold on...thought he put me on hold...i heard him talking in Indian....than came back and told me in 3 hours the police where coming for me!  I did receive a call like this last week...reported to sheriffs and they told me it was a scam.  Not to worry things don't work like that.... It is a scarry thing to hear those words If you don't pay you are going to jail!! Yikes...  Today's call was from Jack Connolly....with an indian accent..had my other son call and they put him on hold and the girl did not speak good english...SCAMMMMMM.....  

Got a phone call just like this from John connolly saying that I owed 647.22 and had to be paid immediately or I would be arrested in 3 hours when I requested info on the debt he said he would send it to me after the debt was settled I paid and still have not received any thing. Today I received a call from a lady named Jessica from American cash and told me that my payment was on hold and that I had to pay 1998.00 to settle out of court and still pay the 647.22.

I received this call stating I owe 490 dollars they even called my employer...they said if I dont pay it the police will be at my work and arrest me...I reported this to the police and too the company of the name their using the real company ...do not fall for this
