The message is a woman's voice that sounds like a machine voice. It says,
"The very second you receive this message we want you or your retain attorney to call us back regarding this serious matter at [repeats the phone number twice].
And if we do not hear from you or your attorney (?), we will put lien on your assets including bank account and this case will be downloaded into the court and legal steps will be taken against you.
Thank you and goodbye."
They never identify their organization or explain why they are calling. It is just one long unsubstantiated threat.

Tell them: The very second that you receive this message, my lawyer and the police insist that cease and desist from calling my phone number --- --- ---- We are not buying the BS you are selling here. It takes all of 10 seconds to google this famous fake payday loan scam and determine you are CRIMINALS. Get a real job foreigners before you go to jail. (BTW-You can' t even speak English, cases aren't "downloaded" to court, that's a computer term, [***] lol)

Received same message as the 1st comment (Bourne).  909-713-7059's nerve to leave a threatening voice recording. Disguised as a Debt Collector, and going to put a lien on my house.  Yea, right, here's my keys.  It is laughable at best.

I received a threatening phone call from this number 909-713-7059 to call back as soon as i received the message and that they will put a lien on my bank assets if i don't call them back. There was no explanation about the call, and the reason for calling. It seems like a scan to me.

Received a call from this number threatening my assets if I did not call back "within this very second". Bite me, scammers.

got the recorded message first about 3 days ago, then today some guy calling himself an officer, saying there's an arrest warrant for fraud....they are the frauds! Get a real job you lowlifes!!!!

Same experience as Bourne on 5/13.  Left same message on phone yesterday.  Automated call.  No name.
People should not call back.  That just confirms the phone number.
