They left a message stating they were our mortgage company ASC, but the caller id stated Wells Fargo Bank.  ASC, America's Serving Company which we are trying to negotiate with for a loan modification, lower interest rate keeps saying they are not associated with Wells Fargo Bank; well this sure does seal the deal on that.

Try to call this back, but no answer.  Let ring 20 times.  Any other info would be helpful

It's ASC 'America's Servicing Co." They are a mortgate servicing company and definitely handle Wells Fargo and other lender/investors files.

This number called and left no message. when you call it back there is no answer. if you let it ring for awhile the operator comes on and says that the wireless number you are calling is not available.

America Servicing Company (909-658-0918) keeps calling with messages about my home loan - I don't even own a home.
The trick message starts out with what sounds like a live person saying hello, getting your attention, then an automated message kicks in pretending that you need to call back about your loan. This company should be shut down for their illegal business practices! They claim they accidentally call you everyday and that they accidentally acquired your number, but they are fishing for live numbers - even if you're on the no-call list. once you call them they could sell your number to another company.

same as above... they called like 10 times... same last four numbers, but two different prefix numbers 796 and 890

They call once a day and leave no message.

My wife & I just got a call on our cell phones from this number within 1 minute of each other.  No message.

Calls my phone, no message left. When I call back it says the number is no longer in service??

This starts out as a debt collection call, but if you can convince them that they have the wrong person, they will start getting really heavy with you about how they can get you a better rate on your mortgage -- without even knowing who you are or what your rate is!!  They call me every single day -- they have SEVERAL numbers so sometimes I answer by accident and get the same message.  Sometimes they believe I'm not Charlotte Akin (the person they are calling) and sometimes they don't, so they threaten to take my house away if I don't stop lying to them.  Even though logically I know they aren't talking to me because they are after someone else,  it's still a bit scary to be threatened like this!

Other numbers from this same company come from a 612 area code. (612-312-6600, for example)

i called this number back since no message was left and it rings four times then is says you have reached a non working number

9097964592 called today..left no message...I called back and it says this number has been disconnected or no longer in service.
