somebody keeps calling but no answer,

got a call from that number today, says its from Upland, California

Got to be a scam.  They just called me on my cell and I know nobody in CA.  

They call my business but don't respond when I answer

Caller ID says Upland CA

Received call.  voice recording that indicates that you are eligible for reduced rate on your credit card.  Never identifies card provider just asks you to push 1 to be connected to an operator.  Scam - hang up an block the number

Also got the call. Didn't answer but I'm sure it's a scam

Got a call - didn't answer, don't know anyone from that area.

Just received a call from this number reverse look up shows Upland, CA ..

 No message left.  Weird letters at top to describe who the call was from.  If I don't know you I will not answer.   I think most people are doing this.  

I just got a call from this number. Didn't answer because I know no one in California. No message left. It looks like all reports of this number calling are from today! How strange.

Yes, I just got the call a minute ago.  I heard that it's a scam to get you to call back and they will charge 19.99 to your cell phone.

the scam was reported on USAToday.  if they call do not call back, it's a scam that will charge you.

Called three times, no answer.

Blast message from "Heather" at Credit something or other asking to press 1 to speak to agent about debt consolidation or 2 to discontinue calls.  I am at work right now so just hung up but I want to press 1 to tell them they are illegally robo dialing my cell phone according to New FCC Autodialer Laws that went into effect on 10/16/13.    

I just got a call at 3.03pm est. Called back from my work phone and got a busy signal.

This number called my cell phone about 30 minutes ago. I didn't even know it called until I picked my phone up to do something on i and noticed that Mr. Number had blocked a call. It turns out that already I had that area code in my block list on Mr. Number so when it called it was automatically blocked. I'm glad the call didn't get through. It looks like ,from all the other reports, that it's just another scam anyway. No thanks!!

i had a missed call from this # from Upland California.  I tried calling back but the # is busy.  Thanks for letting me know that it is a scam

I got a phone call from this number about 10 minutes ago, didn't answer, and blocked the caller.

This company calls me at least twice a week!  I block the number and they call back with a different number!  With only 30 blocks allowed with ATT Wireless Smart Limits, I am maxing out on eligible blocks.  Plus, they always get to me at least once, with a new number...though I NEVER pick up.  Sometimes these sorts of companies get smart and use a local area code.
