What is it that these companies with ZERO customer service (Verizon, in this case) think we're going to drop everything and return a call in order to listen to some automated P.O.S. computer message? If they don't have the time to put a living person on the phone to call... I damn sure don't have the time to play tag with their computer.

This number calls everyday at different times asking for a woman who has never lived in my home.  i tried contacting Verizon and have received ZERO help from them

I would NEVER answer a call on my cell phone that also calls my house phone and does not leave a message.  If I happen to answer, say Hello and someone doesnt' respond - I hang out.  I am NOT listening to some automated crap from ANY COMPANY EVER.  With what these companies charge us, they can afford to pay someone to politely leave me a message OR be there to respond when I have a moment to answer the phone.  Don't make me stop what I'm doing to get no response to my hello, or have some machine try to talk to me - that is unprofessional, rude and I won't tolerate it at all!

I keep getting these phone calls from these collection agents 4 times a day every day,and only on my cell. these phone #s,1-800-497-0351,1-800-497-0361 and  a new one just today 910-338-0672.I have done just done this  1 week ago,so   I dont know if they are going to do anything or not. So far they have not.I should just answer it and give him a piece of my mind and to take me out of their system.I hope you all can do something about these leachs.   Thanks for listening or reading.  M

This number comes from Wilmington, North Carolina. I have contacted police in the Wilmington area, and have been informed that an investigation is already under way. It is amazing how long it takes law enforcement to get on to these damn scammers.

Its verizon wireless, they leave no voice mail. I called back and  their is  an automated program that knows who you via your cell phone number. I gave them my zip code and they had a message for me. I have an outstanding bill of a $190 and need to give them 100 before they shut it off. I just got done paying 600 for a car repair and unfortunately my cell phone will be the last to get paid. I wish a real person was on the line. the computer voice only gave me an option to pay them  I'd like to exsplain to them that it'll take me til next pay day for me to get them their money. all in all verizon is a good company and I like the service. These calls won't stop tho and that's really annoying.

I receive calls from 910-338-0672 every day and called the number back today and it went straight to my Verizon message Center for collection of my overdue amount.  I am one week late paying my bill and they're billing me my next month's bill already when I haven't even received the paper copy.  This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!  Verizon sucks!!!!

Reporting that I got a call from them ~10 minutes ago.  As you said, the area code is designated to North Carolina. I don't know anyone from there, so it's definitely some spammy call that I don't give two [***] about.  I didn't answer.

Please, if you're not the jack-hole who's making the calls, don't fall for it, and PLEASE don't legitimize this guy any further.  He's an nuisance to society.  The number obviously isn't Verizon.  Some victims of this aren't even Verizon Customers.  This evidence is so clear that I don't think I need to argue any further.
