calls about once a week but will not leave message on machine...comes up as " unknown name"..

Same here, they just hang up when I answer, and then I call back and they pick up and hang up.

This number calls my house no message no one says anything and then hangs up. I try to call back and get busy signal. Tired of this because it is more than one time also an Odell thompson keeps calling two to three times a week then says wrong number. How can you call the wrong number more than twice a week and three to four times daily.

I live in the Hope Mills area close to Grays Creek. My caller ID reads Fayetteville NC then the phone 910-354-1795 Alot of people in my neighborhood have been robbed lately. Six houses in two weeks! You can search the number on whitepages.com I am unable to dig up an address because I do not have a credit card but it does show a location on the map in Cumberland CO.

This is the fourth time they have called me.  It is once a week and around 12:38 pm!!

Called me yesterday at 4:00PM. A man said "I have the wrong number".

I blocked this number. They only called once, but based on all of your posts, I didn't want them calling me. I live in the Hope Mills area. If you get a call from this number, I would call your service provider and get them blocked, immediately. If they say something offensive, or you suspect they're checking to see if you're home, call the police. They won't be annoyed. That's what they're there for.

Thanks for the advice!  Never thought about calling to block the number.  That is a good idea.

Called asked for someone in the house then hung up.around 1345 1-mar-11

This number has called our house about 20 times. Never answered, always out.
Moments ago, curiosity got the best of me. I answered, he said it was the firefighters assoc.
Talked about changing the batteries in our detectors, trying to be all nice.
He asked if I was the man of the house, and my curiosity was running out, so I lied and said No. He asked when he'd be back, and I said tomorrow. Then he immediately hung up.
I don't see any cars in the roadway, but I will be on the lookout.

This caller has called at least 40 times in the past week and a half. The person never says anything, and hangs up when we get agitated. We did dial-back, but got nothing. Sometimes the phone rings endlessly and sometimes a "messages are full"  message comes on. most times we called back and was busy.

This number is a cell phone number and it belongs to a Willie Edward Brown of Fayetteville, NC. Next time he calls say hello mr brown.

Who ever it is called me bout ten minutes ago,  there is always someone home at my house,  I will see if I can bait this buthead and solve his problem for good
