This number is for the Better Education Dept.  They are trying to get people to go to college.

They called, my wife picked up, and they hung up. So I called back and they said my wife indicated she was interested in furthering her education. Bogus. Why did they hang up on her? Laughable. What's more interesting is the caller ID said Family Foods Inc.

Remove my email address and telephone number from your data base immediately.

This number has called my cell phone pretty much everyday for the last month. I do not answer calls I do not know. This is beyond annoying. I, like everyone else, am on the do not call list. They never have left a message.
